XO units
All XO units are covered by a 12 months warranty from the date of installation – under the condition that an installation report is submitted to XO CARE shortly after installation.
The above mentioned warranty is extended to 36 months – when – and only when – the unit is serviced as prescribed by XO CARE.
Consequently, the 1st preventive service must be performed no later than 14 months after installation. The 2nd preventive service must be performed no later than 26 months after installation.
All warranty claims submitted between 12 and 36 months after installation shall be accompanied with a documentation for preventive service.
The preventive service must be conducted by an XO certified technician using an original XO service kit.
XO CARE is not liable for any defects due to ordinary wear and tear, or if XO CARE's instructions on handling, cleaning, service or installation have not been adhered to.
XO CARE’s liability for consumables such as electrical bulbs, scaler instruments, rubber parts etc. shall expire at the latest of 3 months from the date of installation of the product.

XO Instruments are covered with a 12 month warranty which commences from the invoice date to the end user.
