KIM SØRENSEN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CHIEF SALES OFFICER

 

Kim has devoted his entire career to assist dentists in performing extraordinary dentistry. With an MSc in electrical engineering  Kim joined the company in 1977 and has since then played the leading role in a series of unit design and development projects spanning the Flex 102cc unit – the first ergonomic handsfree dental unit with microprocessor control; Flex Integral – the first unit with instrument programs, the current XO FLEX – and currently the next generation treatment unit from XO CARE.

“I always strive to understand the dentists’ needs and aspirations and to combine these with innovative and advanced technology to obtain new and optimised, integrated solutions. I make it an effort to never compromise – but to find the right solution that gives maximum value to the end customer”, Kim says.

 

LOUISE KJÆR

VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY & PARTNERSHIPS

 

Louise comes with a solid background in business management and strategic partnership development. In her private consultancy firm, KJAER ADVICE, she has worked as trusted advisor to Danish as well as international corporations from different business verticals stemming from Mærsk, Arla to Firmenich and Nike or as advisor to governments, academia, the EU and the World Economic Forum. Over the past eight years Louise has also worked as external advisor to XO CARE. 

 

PETER SØRENSEN

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

 

Peter Sørensen is the third generation Sørensen in the company. Peter holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering and has been involved in product development activities at XO CARE since 2003. He has been leading Research and Development since 2010 and is now managing a new project organization at XO.

 

THOMAS BROGAARD

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER 

 

Thomas joined XO CARE in 2008 as CFO and is responsible for economic strategy, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and human resource management.

 

Thomas holds an Economics and Marketing Masters degree from Copenhagen Business School.

 

TORBEN HANSEN

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

 

Torben Hansen has more than 20 years of experience in product development, and people management with special emphasis on mechanical engineering. Torben has worked with both domestic and international teams and is a seasoned manager of technology projects.

Torben joined XO CARE in 2007 and as Chief Operations Officer he has overall responsibility for manufacturing planning, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing and product optimization.

 

FLEMMING MULSTRUP

PRODUCTION MANAGER

 

Flemming has been in the company for 30 years, starting in 1986 as a trainee in electronical engineering. Since 2007, Flemming has been a manager in several departments, and will take up the position of production manager from January 2017. Besides his initial education, Flemming has upgraded his competences in mechanics, management and leadership. Flemming is also the person with the deepest knowledge of XO products through time.

 

MORTEN LØWE

TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER

 

Morten Løwe has more than 25 years of international experience in the Medical device business, beginning with A/S L. GOOF in 1991. Starting with electronic product development (Odontoson & Osseo System), then production management and moved on to technical service in 2002.

 

Since 2009 Morten has managed a team of Field service specialists, focused on technical training and support of our XO Partners. Morten is an educated electronics engineer, later supplemented with studies in economics, organization and management.

 

 

LASSE DAMM
PROJECT MANAGER

Lasse Damm has more than 25 years’ experience as project manager for advanced technical product development projects in different industries. He has worked in various international companies. 

 

Lasse joined XO CARE in December 2020 and is heading all XO CARE’s product development projects as well as additional internal company projects.

 

Lasse holds a master’s degree in electronics engineering. He has later supplemented his competences with studies in management, project management and completed a psychotherapist education.
